I have to say this was a very positive experience. Nicole and her team are on the ball. They are professional, polite and on time. I called Nicole, my little pit bull, she hit the floor running. She spent time first talking to me to find out what I expected and what I wanted to accomplish. She wasted no time . She immediately had pictures done of the properties , by the way , I listed 3 different properties with her. She started calling people to tell them before they even went on the market. When they came out , we had people waiting to see them. The first went under contract about 2 days after listing . She got $5,000 over list price. This was also during a pandemic. As we got even deeper into the pandemic , she sold my other property. She is very conscious about being save and wearing gloves , mask and Lysol wipes . She also does video tours if wanted. I can’t say enough good things about her. One , she sold them ! Two, during a pandemic!!! Nothing slows her down. We have one property to go and I have no doubt, that she will sell it!! I WOULD DIFFENITLY USE HER AGAIN!!
