I believe in giving reviews and also reading reviews. Anytime I need a job done , or look for a restaurant , hotel or realtor! I always check the reviews. You are always gonna get a couple of bad ones on everything, because some people can’t be pleased no matter what. I am giving Nicole 5 stars and she earned it . She and her team are reliable, on time and respectful. She started working on my properties two weeks before they were listed. She was having professional pictures made of the properties, calling potential clients and making a game plan with me. She keeps you updated on every that is going on and is always available for you to discuss anything with you. She never stops ! She just sold two properties for me. They consisted of 3 houses and 4 apartments. Not only did she sell them , but she sold them during a PANDEMIC!!! She also sold one of them for $5000 over asking . I have bought and sold lots of properties through the years and she has definitely worked the hardest!!! Would I hire her again…..ABSOLUTELY!!!
