This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a high-energy workout session at Mar-a-Lago alongside Lara Trump and an inspiring group of fitness enthusiasts. Hosted by Christin Rutley Method, this event was a perfect blend of fitness, community, and patriotic spirit—an experience I won’t soon forget!
An Unforgettable Morning at Mar-a-Lago
Set against the stunning backdrop of Mar-a-Lago, the event kicked off with a dynamic workout led by Christin Rutley, known for her signature training method that combines power, precision, and endurance. And of course, we all showed up in red, white, and blue to bring the energy!
There’s something truly empowering about coming together as a community—pushing limits, embracing strength, and sharing the experience with like-minded individuals. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, the excitement was palpable. Lara Trump herself was leading the charge, bringing her passion for fitness and dedication to inspiring others.
Workout, Camaraderie, and an Epic Atmosphere
With music pumping, sweat dripping, and encouragement from an amazing crowd, the session was nothing short of electric. The workout was a perfect balance of strength, cardio, and functional movement, designed to challenge both body and mind.
After the session, we had the chance to connect, take photos, and soak in the incredible energy of the day. Whether it was high-fives after a tough set or cheering each other on during the final reps, this event was a testament to the power of community, fitness, and motivation.
